Analysis the influences of anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy drugs for HBV positive tuberculosis patients in liver function

Objective To investigate the degree of influence for anti-TB chemotherapy drugs on patients with HBV-positive tuberculosis in liver function.Methods 431 cases with tuberculosis in our hospital were chosen as the research object from March 2009 to May 2011.According to the TB patients HBVM whether positive,431 patients were divided into two groups.HBVM(+) group and HBVM(-) group,HBVM(+) group was 97 cases,HBVM(-) group were 334 cases.Compare with cases of liver damage,ALT,TBL,the time of liver damage and liver injury recovery for the two groups.Results The incidence of liver damage of HBVM(+) group was significantly higher than The incidence of liver damage of HBVM(-) group(P0.05).The time of liver injury in the HBVM(+) group was faster than the time of liver injury the HBVM(-) group,the recovery of liver injury time was significantly longer(P0.05).Conclusion live function of anti-TB chemotherapy drugs on patients with HBV-positive tuberculosisr were damage,HBV positive tuberculosis patients should closely monito liver function of patients,prevent the happening of the liver damage.
