The Influence of Nursing Intervention on Quality of Senile Patients for Abdominal MRI Examination

Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on quality of senile patients for abdominal MRI examination. Methods 220 senile patients who required MRI abdominal examination were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 110 cases in each. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received nursing intervention such as dietary guidance, psychological intervention and respiratory training on the basis of conventional nursing, to observe the quality of physical examination in the two groups. Results The observation group had a higher satisfaction than the control group on emotional reactions, knowledge of MRI examination, image quality and nursing quality, with statistical significance (P 0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion Nursing intervention can make the elderly patients for MRI examination familiar with the review process, eliminate their fear, actively cooperate to successfully complete the examination, and has improve their satisfaction with quality of nursing.
