A memory system and method using a stacked memory device dice and system using the memory system

Memory systems and methods, together, and using a stacked memory device dice are coupled to the logic die. Logic die from each logic die is a memory device dice, may include a timing correction system that is operable to control the timing of receiving a signal such as a read data signal. Timing correction is applied to each of the memory devices dice, by adjusting the timing of each strobe signal, such as a read strobe signal to control the timing of the read data or other signals. Memory device dice may transmit the read data to the memory device at the time of defining by the memory device dice to receive a respective strobe signals. Each of the timing of the strobe signal, the read data or other signals from all of the memory device dice are adjusted so as to be received at the same time.
