Renal cell carcinoma in a child.

A renal cell carcinoma in a child of 12 years is reported. A slow growing mass with vague symptoms was the mode of presentation. A curvilinear calcific outline as a rare radiographic finding of renal carcinoma of children was noted. The child is alive and well one year after surgery.
