Disseminating educational developments
2016
This chapter brings together some of the current literature on dissemination, illustrated with ideas and advice from current practice in UK higher education. Experiences from national projects, institution-based educational development units, and individuals show that dissemination is no longer considered as an add-on at the end of a resource development process. Rather, dissemination is an active and important component of the everyday work of staff and educational developers that provides opportunities for liaison, collaboration, brainstorming and practice sharing with colleagues across institutions, nationally and even internationally.
