A thermo-mechanical constituive law for modeling the hydration of concrete and backfill and it\grqs practical application using the parallel version of FLAC3D

2001
The paper presents the theoretical background of a thermo-mechanical coupled constitutive law, which describes the hydration process including the time-dependent development of strength and stiffness. The presented practical applications deal with simple civil engineering concrete constructions as well as with hydraulic backfill used in mines. The constitutive law works as a DLL under full thermo-mechanical coupling.
