Estudos das Experiências do Usuário e da Qualidade de uso de Sistemas no LUQS

In this paper, we describe the main project conducted in a User eXperience (UX) and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) research laboratory called Laboratory of User studies and Systems Quality of use (LUQS). LUQS was established in 1999 in Fortaleza, CE to partner with other institutions and develop research that benefits students, other university programs involved and especially the Northeast Region of Brazil. The work of the research group with local private companies is also noteworthy in promoting UX / HCI in company processes and applying those tools to improve their products.
