Manifestations systémiques liées au virus C de l'hépatite (HCV). À propos de 6 observations dont 2 pouvant correspondre à une nouvelle entité

Five women and a man, HCV positive (with RIBA 2 serology), have been followed for chronic hepatitis (5 cases) and systemic manifestations: Sjogren's syndrome (n = 6), cutaneous lesions (n = 3), Raynaud's phenomenon (n = 2), chronic diarrhea (n = 2). In 2 cases, presenting with Sjogren's syndrome, Raynaud's phenomenon (without systemic sclerosis) and hepatitis, we found antinuclear antibodies, anticentromer antibodies and hypereosinophilia. This undescribed association may be a new syndrome.
