We report on a 68-year-ole male case of mitral regurgitation secondary to aortic regurgitation diagnose using transthoracic echocardiography. A different mechanism of mitral regurgitation secondary to aortic regurgitation is demonstrated in this report Two-dimensional color Doppler echocardiography may be a useful tool for anatomic evaluation to define its mechanis.
