“Contour Maker” Eliminating Body Casting in Radiotherapy Planning

A multirod contour maker which replaces plaster-of-Paris or plastic material body casts and unreliable lead wire for exact radiation dosage calculation by isodose curves is described. Composite body contours from supine and prone positions can be made quickly in the proper midrespiration phase, presenting the average body dimensions during the treatment.
