Studies on the Assessment of Research Performance and Encouraging Mechanism in Military Academies

Most advanced military powers in the world are becoming more and more dependent on the development of science,which is the same to our nation's modernization.The establishment of a scientific and rational performance evaluation and encouraging mechanism of scientific research is a critical way of strengthening technological innovation,guaranteeing the achievements of our national defense constructions.This paper has tried to establish the evaluation mechanism using fuzzy assessment combining with AHP and Delphi methods.
