College Students' Substantial Truancy Phenomenon and Reflection to the Teachers' Morality Construction——From Teachers' Morality Construction Perspective Based on "Role Plexus" Theory

At present,the phenomenon of college students' substantial truancy is growing,which influences on the normal teaching order seriously and leads to the poorer education quality.As the important factors to make the relationship between teachers and students closer and to improve the teaching quality,if teachers' morality can be constructed effectively,it is certainly helpful to reduce the students' substantial truancy.
