The present invention relates to human monoclonal antibodies with the influenza A virus neutralizing activity produced by human B cells, the monoclonal antibodies of the invention to produce in a B cell selected from the blood of a patient recovering been infected with the influenza A virus since for a monoclonal antibody to any one or more selected from the influenza a virus H1, H2 and H5 subtypes group consisting of have the neutralizing activity useful for the prevention and treatment of influenza a virus-derived diseases, using the monoclonal antibody of the present invention and it may be useful in the diagnosis of influenza a virus.
