The invention discloses a method for hot-spinning accurate temperature control of a titanium alloy thin wall component, belongs to the technical field of difficultly-deforming material precise hot forming of metal plastic machining and relates to a method for temperature control of hot spinning of a titanium alloy thin wall revolved body component. The method aims at solving the problem that accurate temperature control cannot be achieved in an existing titanium alloy thin wall component hot-spinning process. The method comprises the steps that in the hot-spinning process, a titanium alloy blank deformation zone is monitored in real time through an infrared thermal imaging device; according to the actual temperature, fed back by the infrared thermal imaging device, of the titanium alloy blank deformation zone, the temperature of the titanium alloy blank deformation zone is adjusted in real time through a local heating device, the temperature of the titanium alloy blank deformation zone is controlled within a certain range, namely, hot-spinning accurate temperature control of the titanium alloy thin wall component is achieved, and therefore the titanium alloy thin wall component is obtained. The method is mainly used for achieving accurate temperature control in the hot-spinning process of the titanium alloy thin wall component.
