Transmission characteristic of terahertz wave band in 2D honey-comb lattice 2D photonic crystal

Band gap of terahertz wave in two-dimensional honey-comb lattice photonic crystal are optimization design with the plane-wave expansion method.The honey-comb crystal lattice of TE mold,TM mold and complete band gap in two-dimensional photonic crystal are calculated.The photonic density of states is calculated to verify the performances of these terahertz photonic crystal characteristics.And devices of terahertz wave has designed.This research provides a theoretic basics for the development of terahertz wave devices.
