Application of the implicit and explicit collaborative teaching method on basic nursing teaching

Objective To explore the feasibility of the implicit and explicit collaborative teaching method on basic nursing teaching. Methods 120 students were recruited and randomized into test group (60cases) and control group (60 cases). In the teaching of basic nursing, the control group received traditional teaching method and the test group received implicit and explicit collaborative teaching method. Results The test group exhibited higher examination scores, assessment of teaching method and evaluation of quality education than the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups ( P < 0. 01 ). The test group also presented higher interest than the control group. Conclusions Implicit and explicit collaborative teaching method can improve the efficiency of basic nursing teaching, inspire interest of learning, and is an effective way of quality cultivation.
