Production method for aluminum-doped zinc oxide nanometer material

2012
The invention discloses a production method for an aluminum-doped zinc oxide nanometer material, which includes the steps of adding zinc nitrate, aluminum nitrate and citric acid or urea or carbohydrazide in a beaker, wherein mole ratio of citric acid or urea or carbohydrazide to nitrate is 0.5-1.2, aluminum content is 0.5-5.0 at%, adding deionized water, stirring, fully dissolving, then placing on a digital display constant temperature magnetic stirring device, heating and stirring continuously, and controlling temperature of the solution to be between 60-70 DEG C until the solution forms sol; controlling the temperature of the sol to be 80 DEG C till pale yellow gel is formed, and stopping heating and stirring; placing the beaker with the gel into a box-type resistance furnace preheated to 180 DEG C, maintaining the temperature for 3-5 hours, stopping heating, cooling naturally to room temperature, and taking out to obtain fluffy pre-cursor powder; and placing the obtained pre-cursor powder into the box-type resistance furnace, and placing precursor into the box-type resistance furnace to conduct heat treatment to obtain the multi-hole grid stick-shaped aluminum-doped zinc oxide nanometer material.
