Electron beam radiation technology capable of reducing formaldehyde emission of urea-formaldehyde glue artificial boards

2014
The invention belongs to the field of material postprocessing, and particularly relates to an electron beam radiation technology capable of reducing the formaldehyde emission of urea-formaldehyde glue artificial boards. The technology is particularly characterized in that an independent conveying-belt type radiation chamber is arranged, a high-energy electron accelerator is installed in the radiation chamber, the finished urea-formaldehyde glue artificial boards are directly radiated in air without adding other assistants, and therefore the formaldehyde emission of the finished urea-formaldehyde glue artificial boards is reduced. By means of the technology, the artificial boards can be rapidly processed in a production-line mode, and the formaldehyde emission can be reduced; in addition, the cost of the technology is similar to the cost of an ammonia processing method, but the formaldehyde emission of the urea-formaldehyde glue artificial boards is remarkably reduced, the board level is improved, and the high economical value is achieved for a factory; broad ordinary people can enjoy healthy living environments, and the positive social benefits are achieved.
