Six-way joint manufacturing die and manufacturing method

The invention relates to a six-way joint manufacturing die and a manufacturing method, wherein the six-way joint is fabricated through an extrusion die by adopting a precise extrusion method. The manufacturing die comprises a terrace die and a concave die, wherein the inner cavity of the concave die is composed of upper and lower dies which are completely symmetrical. The invention mainly aims to solve the defects of the existing cast six-way joint defects such as surface roughness, easy formation of air holes and the like, and the requirements on high strength and high performance of the six-way joint are met through forging instead of casting. The six-way joint has the advantages of high strength and low weight in comparison with the traditional cast products. Besides, material consumption and energy consumption are reduced.
