요한복음서에 나타난 ‘Sendung’의 선교 철학적 분석: 에이전시 신학의 성경적 근거

This thesis attempts to present the evidence and content of agency theology that appeared in the St. John’s Gospel. This thesis also explores “die Sendung,” a key concept in the fourth Gospel, where it is mentioned 60 times. “Die Sendung” can be translated into agency as well as mission and can resolve the dualistic conflicts such as light and darkness, heavenly things and earthly things, eternal life and eternal damnation. The central themes of St. John’s Gospel, the sign and the glory of God, are accomplished when “heaven laid opens and above the Son of Man (is sent from the Father), the angel of God ascending and descending.”(John 1:51) The Word was made flesh and an agent because of “die Sendung” of God. Jesus Christ answered the question of “who are you?” by making clear that he is the sender and the agent from the Father. Thus, I personally believe that St. John’s Gospel can provide the evidence of agency theology.
