The invention relates to a branched organosilicon material, the molecular formula of the branched organosilicon material is indicated in a formula I, SinO2n+1R nR n+2, in the formula I, R is directly connected with silicon atoms, R is connected with the silicon atoms through oxygen atoms, and the adjacent silicon atoms are connected through the oxygen atoms; n is an integer between two and twenty, R is an alkyl group of C1-C5, R is an alkyl group of C-, R perssad contains or does not contain -CH=CH-, -C=C-, C6-C20 arylidene, C3-C15 cycloalkylene, -CONH- or -COO- perssad, one or more H atoms in the R are randomly replaced or not replaced by heteroatoms. The invention further relates to a method for preparing a liquid crystal display panel by using the branched organosilicon material under the situation that an alignment film is not needed and a prepared liquid crystal display panel.
