The supporting device also comprises a sliding rail structure fixed on the mounting part, the sliding rail structure comprises a sliding device for fixing the connecting part, and an adjusting device, the sliding device comprises two sliding rails and a sliding part arranged between the two sliding rails in a sliding mode, the adjusting device comprises a control part, a spring piece positioned on the control part, and an adjusting part fixed on the sliding part, the control part is positioned between the two sliding rails and the sliding part, and the adjusting part can be used for driving the spring piece to be deformed elastically to push the control part so as to adjust the friction between the control part and the sliding rails.
