Non-crystalline alloy catalyst containing Ni and B, its prepn. and application

A carried catalyst is prepared from non-crystal Ni-B alloy, metallic additive M and porous carrier through the contact of porous carrier material containing Ni and M and having 0.1-80 atom ratio of Ni to M with the solution containing NH4 and having mol concentration of 0.5-10.0 and 0.1-10.0 atom ratio of B to (Ni+M) in the temp range from the temp higher than setting point of solution to 100 deg.C. Said catalyst has higher catalytic activity.
