Nursing analysis of perioperative care of patients with painless induced abortion

Objective To explore the clinical effect and perioperative care method of painless induced abortion for termination of pregnancy.Methods Two hundred and thirty-six cases of patiants admitted in our hospitol were randomly divided into control group and observation group,all the patients treated with painless induced abortion for termination of pregnancy.Control group was given the routine care,observation group was given the comprehensive nursing measures.The nursing effect and surgical complications in two groups were analyzed.Results The nursing service satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).The postoperative complications of patients in observation group was significantly less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion The satisfaction of patients who are given comprehensive care is higher,with less surgery complications,and worth to application at clinical.
