A grinding device for a monoblock pump valve spool with tangent conical surfaces and cylindrical surfaces is suitable for grinding the high-precision monoblock pump valve spool with the conical surfaces and the cylindrical surfaces which are tangent. All the conical surfaces, the cylindrical surfaces and transitional curved surfaces are grinded by positioning and clamping once. The valve spool is positioned and clamped by a spindle tip and a tail top tip, the cylindrical surfaces of the valve spool are grinded by the aid of an outer circle of a large-diameter and small-width CBN (cubic boron nitride) grinding wheel, and the conical surfaces of the valve spool are grinded by the aid of a side line at the joint of the outer circle and the side surface of the grinding wheel.
