The invention discloses a liquid nitrogen cooling device for an automobile front axle roll forging die.The liquid nitrogen cooling device comprises a plurality of liquid nitrogen ejectors located around the roll forging die, a plurality of position sensors located on a roll forging machine and an infrared thermometer used for measuring the temperature of the roll forging die; the liquid nitrogen ejectors are connected with a liquid nitrogen storage tank through a vacuum heat preservation and thermal isolation pipe; each nitrogen ejector corresponds to an automatic control valve; a safety control valve is arranged at an outlet of the liquid nitrogen storage tank; the infrared thermometer and the position sensors are connected with a control center, and the control center controls the switch-on degree, switch-on and switch-off of the automatic control valve and the safety control valve.The invention further provides a liquid nitrogen cooling method for the automobile front axle roll forging die.According to the liquid nitrogen cooling device and method for the automobile front axle roll forging die, the production quality and the production efficiency of automobile front axles can be guaranteed.
