Mentoring in Medical Colleges: Scope and Opportunities

The Mentorship is dynamic and symbiotic process and successful mentoring requires the active participation of both mentor and mentee. Mentoring is a relationship between mentor (more experienced person) and mentee (a less experienced one). The mentor encourages the mentee to actualize his/her full potential by constructive approach, sharing knowledge and experience, and providing support and guidance.
