espanolEl objetivo del estudio es analizar la Calidad de Vida Laboral (CVL) y los indicadores de gestion de formacion (GF) de profesores de la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo (UNACH). El fundamento es la Teoria Psicologica de CVL y Calidad Total. El tipo de investigacion es analitica; la metodologia es cuantitativa, con diseno no experimental de tipo transversal. Se aplicaron dos instrumentos, el cuestionario CVP-35 y cuestionario (GF) a una muestra de 251 profesores. Los resultados obtenidos muestran correlacion entre los factores estudiados. Se concluye que, a mas carga de trabajo menos valoran la gestion de formacion y viceversa EnglishThe objective of the study is to analyze the Quality of Work Life (CVL) and the training management indicators (GF) of teachers from the National University of Chimborazo (UNACH). The foundation is the Psychological Theory of CVL and Total Quality. The type of investigation is analytical; the methodology is quantitative, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. Two instruments, the CVP-35 questionnaire and the questionnaire (GF), were applied to a sample of 251 teachers. The results obtained show a correlation between the factors studied. It is concluded that the more workload the less they value training management and vice versa.
