High-temperature gas purifying and recovering unit

2012
The utility model relates to a high-temperature gas purifying and recovering unit which comprises a cyclone dust collector (1), a chilling tower (2), a tar filter (3), a tar circulating pump (4), a heat exchanger (5), an electrical tar precipitator (6) and a tar storage tank (7). The cyclone dust collector is connected with a gas inlet (26) of the chilling tower (2). A top outlet of the chilling tower (2) is connected with an inlet of the electrical tar precipitator (6). A tar outlet (61) of the electrical tar precipitator (6) is connected with a first tar inlet (27) of the chilling tower (2). A bottom outlet of the chilling tower (2) is sequentially connected with the tar filter (3), and the tar circulating pump (4) and the heat exchanger (5). A first outlet (52) of the heat exchanger (5) is connected with a second tar inlet (28) of the chilling tower, and a second outlet (53) of the heat exchanger (5) is connected with the tar storage tank. The high-temperature gas purifying and recovering equipment solves the problems of low quality of tar recovered by similar technique, unsmooth operation in cold areas and underutilization of recovered heat and the like.
