A Framework for Evaluation Technical Assistance

The authors reflect on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) evidence review standards and the framework for evaluation technical assistance (TA) as of 2016. Approval for funded grantees' proposed evaluation designs is examined, along with the monitoring of the application of evaluations plans to real-world problems. Group TA presentations are assessed, along with the evaluation TA contract funded by the HHS Office of Adolescent Health (OAH).
