Energy-saving long-life diamond bit matrix for prospecting at depth
2012
The invention discloses an energy-saving long-life diamond bit matrix for prospecting at depth, which comprises constituents as follows in weight percentage: 85% of tungsten carbide, 8% of nickel, 5% of manganese, 1.5% of cobalt and 0.5% of silicon sintered by a non-pressure impregnation sintering process, wherein a sintering temperature is 1060-1120 DEG C, and the constituents are naturally cooled after being thermally insulated for 0.5 hours. The tungsten carbide, the nickel, the manganese, the cobalt and the silicon are granular; the tungsten carbide is 30-200 meshes; the nickel, the manganese, the cobalt and the silicon are 200-350 meshes; a single diamond bit of using the matrix can prospect for 100-150m by an actual experiment; the efficiency is 2.0-2.5m/h; and the service life of the diamond bit is doubled.
