Sélection, présentation et légitimation des savoirs « théoriques » sur la communication dans la formation professionnelle courte

Vocational training places particular emphasis on knowledge from experience, it also mobilizes knowledge that are presented as "theoretical" knowledge. It is on these types of knowledge and on their modes of selection, presentation and legitimation that this paper focuses on. Based on a study conducted on professional training courses in communication, the article examines the place of "theory" in these courses as well as the contents and claims of the "theoretical models". Finally, the paper questions the reasons of the weak place of the information and communication sciences within these formations.
