Особенности поверхностной кристаллизации аморфных сплавов

The process of the surface crystallization in amorphous alloys quenched from a melt is investigated and analyzed. It is established by x-ray methods and EO-spectroscopy that surface layers of amorphous alloys contain excess free volume and large reduction in concentration of B and Si.
