KEEFEKTIFAN MODEL THINK TALK WRITE (TTW) DALAM PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS NASKAH DRAMA

This research is based on a number of previous findings which revealed that drama writing skill is still low. The optimal skill in writing drama scripts is not expected due to the learning factors that have been carried out by the teacher. One way that can be used to improve drama script writing skills in students is to use the think talk write learning model. This research was conducted to see an increase in the skills of writing a play script that gained learning with the think talk write model. This study uses a quasi-test-posttest control group design experimental method. The study was conducted in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Lawa Barat Muna Regency Academic Year 2017/2018. The research subjects consisted of the experimental class and the control class. The instrument used was a test of writing script drama skills. Data were analyzed using the average difference test. The results showed that there was an increase in writing script writing skills using the think talk write learning model of 8,177
