LA MIRADA PSICOLÓGICA EN LA HISTORIA DEL PROCESO DE TRABAJO EN EL CAPITALISMO

El presente trabajo se basa en el material recabado y analizado en la busqueda documental y bibliografica del proyecto de investigacion “Historia de la Psicologia en el campo del trabajo en Argentina”. El objetivo del proyecto es realizar una historia de la psicologia en el campo del trabajo en nuestro pais. Se esta trabajando en la recuperacion bibliografica y documental del area especifica y se realizaran estudios bibliometricos que implican la organizacion, categorizacion y analisis de la informacion.Tambien se estan realizando entrevistas en profundidad a actores claves. Con la informacion relevada hasta el momento hemos podido visualizar provisoriamente el camino recorrido por la disciplina y lo conceptualizamos en termino de metaforas que responden a diferentes paradigmas de organizacion del conocimiento psicologico en el campo del trabajo. Este trabajo es un aporte a un debate de fundamental importancia que se esta verificando en el campo de la psicologia aplicada al trabajo y las organizaciones. Palabras clave Psicologia, Trabajo, Historia, Capitalismo Abstract THE PSYCHOLOGICAL POINT OF VIEW ABOUT HISTORY OF THE CAPITALISTIC WORK PROCESS This essay goes around some information collected during the documental and bibliographical search of the research project “History of Psychology in the field of work in Argentina”, in wich it is considered that the inclusion of psychology in the field of work is in full swing and change. The aim of the project is to perform a history of psychology in the field of work in our country. We are working on recovery literature and documentary of the specific area and bibliometric studies will be conducted involving the organization, categorization and analysis of information. Are also being conducted indepth interviews with key actors. With the information gathered so far we have been able to temporarily visualize the path taken by the discipline and conceptualized in terms of metaphors that respond to different organizational paradigms of psychological knowledge in the field of work. This work is a contribution to a discussion of fundamental importance being checked in the field of psychology applied to work and organizations. Key words Psychology, Work, History, Capitalism
