Low-water to water-free liquid detergent

The present invention relates to liquid, phosphate-containing, low-water to water-free detergent, particularly a dishwasher detergent containing at least one phosphate-containing builder component, preferably a polyphosphate, potassium and sodium ions, and at least one polyhydric alcohol selected from glycerol and mixtures of glycerol and 1,2-propylene glycol and having a water content of less than 25 wt .-%, characterized in that the mass ratio of glycerol to 1,2-propylene glycol 1: 1 or greater, preferably 2: 1 or greater, and the mass ratio of potassium to sodium ions in the cleaning agent either 2: 1 or more, or 1.5: 1 or less, and a process for their preparation and their use.
