The leading position which the public culture got in the social culture through the modern media became one of the most important factors which can control the people's feeling life.Since the coincidence of the transmission method of the public culture and the more distinct feeling trend of the female mind,the young female in the cities' feeling life appear some new changes on not only the content factor but also the expression method.The author believed that focus on this phenomenon can show how the female accordance to their sex characteristic and psychological flavor to accept the public culture's positive influence and to avoid the hurt.And this research has a very im portant and optimistic meaning to not only young female but also the public culture's healthy development.
