Western ecological environment protection from the perspective of circular economy law

The aim is to scrutinize the problems of ecological environment protection in western region from the perspective of circular economy law by adopting the methods of law,circular economy,bionomics,comparative and statistic analysis.It points out clearly that the preliminary reason which leads to the worse destruction by the "inappropriate" exploitation in the name of '"western development" is the unlimited economic undertaking directed by wrong attitude.Only the change of thought,action and manner to develop economy can the problems be solved from the source.It is fundamentally insured that only to choose the legislative mode of circular economy through reasonably balancing the unlimited exploration can the harmony between the society and nature be realized.
