Extrusion oil film damper

2012
The utility model discloses an extrusion oil film damper which comprises an oil inlet groove, oil inlet holes, oil film grains and oil storage holes. The oil inlet groove is arranged on an outer ring of the extrusion oil film damper, and the oil inlet holes are arranged in the oil inlet groove and communicated with the oil film grains to supply oil to the oil film grains. The oil film grains are slits which are hollowed out on the periphery of a bearing of the extrusion oil film damper and include outer grains I, inner grains III and a middle grain group positioned between the outer grains I and the inner grains III, each middle grain group comprises a plurality of middle grains II which are in nested combination and not in mutual communication, and each two adjacent middle grains are mutually communicated through one inner grain III. The oil storage holes are axial through holes and distributed in the oil film grains. The extrusion oil film damper is simple in structure, convenient to process, low in cost, simple in mounting and applicable to damping of 2-0-0 type rotor supporting structures and has wide application prospect in miniature rotary power machinery.
