Non-active pressure balance system solving boiler effect of nuclear grade sluice valve

2012
The utility model relates to structural design of a sluice valve, in particular to a non-active pressure balance system solving a boiler effect of a nuclear grade sluice valve. The non-active pressure balance system solving the boiler effect of the nuclear grade sluice valve comprises a tee joint sub-pipeline system which is respectively communicated with a valve cavity of the sluice valve, an upstream pipeline of the sluice valve and a downstream pipeline of the sluice valve. A dissociating valve core is arranged in a T-shaped connecting pipe of the tee joint sub-pipeline system, moves under an action of differential pressure between the upstream pipeline and the downstream pipeline, and forms a sealing structure with the inner wall of the pipeline with low pressure. Pipelines on two sides of the T-shaped connecting pipe of the tee joint sub-pipeline system are respectively provided with a manual operation isolating valve. The non- active pressure balance system solving the boiler effect of the nuclear grade sluice valve completely solves the problem of the boiler effect of the sluice valve, meanwhile does not damage a flashboard structure of the sluice valve, and guarantees service life of the valve.
