PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT. PABOXIN SIDOARJO

This study was intended to determine the effect of competence, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on the work productivity of employees of PT. Paboxin Sidoarjo. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods using questionnaire distribution techniques. The number of samples was 48 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the t test and F test for hypothesis testing using SPSS 22.0 software. After testing the proposed hypothesis, the regression coefficient Y = 1.754 + 0.341 X1 + 0.307 X2 + 0.138 X3 is obtained. F Test results show that Competency, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Culture simultaneously influence the work productivity of employees of Pt. Paboxin T Test Results Competency and Job Satisfaction affect the Employee Productivity of PT. Paboxin partially. But the t-test results on Organizational Culture variables did not affect the Employee Productivity of PT. Paboxin Sidoarjo.
