Результаты хирургического лечения рефрактерного спонтанного пневмоторакса

The objective of research is to give the comparative characteristic to various ways of expeditious treatment of bullous illness of lungs. Materials and methods. Retrospective research of medical histories of patients who were on treatment in thoracic surgery unit of SBHE NR «NSRCH» (Novosibirsk) with bullous illness of lungs is performed. Conclusions : at the large sizes of bullas operative treatment as thoracotomy, resection of bullas, pleurectomy, is presented. In comparison with VATS thoracotomy justifies itself concerning duration of operative treatment, on terms of postoperative aftertreatment, duration of standing of intrapleural drainages.
