SUMMARY We havestudied cellular interactions amongthyrocytes, intrathyroidal T cells and peripheral bloodT cells fromGraves' patients. Intheautologous mixedlymphocyte reaction ofGraves' patients, CD4+cells wereabletoproliferate vigorously against autologous non-Tcells, whereas CD8+cells responded weakly tonon-Tcell stimulators. Furthermore, theproliferative response oftheCD4+2H4+suppressor-inducer T cell
