Dynamic Changes of Myocardial Mitochondrial Calcium, Myocardial Acid Phosphatase and B-glucuronidase in Rats after Strenuous Exercise

2020
The purpose of this article is to study the changes of calcium, myocardial acid phosphatase, andB-glucuronidase in mitochondria of new muscles after strenuous exercise. In this paper, untrained SD male adultrats (body weight 200-260g) are randomly divided into the control group (not exercising), the groupimmediately after exercise, the group 3 hours after exercise, the group 12 hours after exercise, and the group 24hours after exercise . Rats in all exercise groups were at 20-25 m / min, and continued to exercise on rodenttreadmills for 3000-3500 m. After sacrifice of each group of animals, frozen ultrathin sections of myocardialchordae papillary muscles were taken, and X-ray energy spectrum analysis was used to determine the calciumcontent in rat mitochondria and the acid phosphatase (ACP) in myocardial tissue homogenate. AndB-glucuronidase. The results showed that the myocardial mitochondrial calcium in the exercise control groupwas increased by 40% compared with the control group after exercise, and the myocardial mitochondrialcalcium experimental group in the group at 12 hours after exercise was further increased by 20% compared withthe control group; immediately after exercise, myocardial ACP and B glucuronidase There was a significantchange in the group. The control group decreased by 28% compared to the experimental group, and there was adelayed increase after exercise. The structure and function of myocardial mitochondria have changedsignificantly during exercise. These changes may be the main cause of myocardial injury under fatigue.
