Design on the control system of 50T roller lifting machine

There are some work rollers in steel rolling product line of steel industry for lifting and moving when they are wearing down or deformation,so we need a tool to lift and move the work roller.50T roller lifting machine is a toll for lifting and moving work roller in the thesis,which is mainly used to lift and move the work roller for steel industry,its specified loading is 50 tones,its working rang is from Ф630mm to Ф850mm of work roller,it can lift and move one work roller one time,it can life and move two work rollers simultaneously too,it is controlled by the wireless remote controller.
