Some problems in administrative law on emergency mechanism for public health events

The outbreak of SARS in 2003 and the streptococcussuis in pigs in 2005 urged us to promote the mechanism to deal with public health emergency.This paper tries to give some suggestions on this problem from three aspects: central administrative system,administrative expropriation and isolation.
