Rhinosporidiosis of Male Terminal Urethra

Abstract We report on a patient who presented with a terminal urethral fistula following excision of a mass protruding from the meatus. A residual patchy granular lesion was excised in toto and histologic examination of both specimens revealed rhinosporidiosis. There was no evidence of any other lesions.
