Modular absorbing and purifying device for volatile organic waste gases

The invention discloses a modular absorbing and purifying device for volatile organic waste gases. The modular absorbing and purifying device comprises a dust and sundries removing unit, a water absorbing and purifying unit, an acid-base neutralization absorbing and purifying unit, an active carbon adsorbing and deodorizing unit, a back-flushing diluting unit, a connecting pipeline, pressure gages and valves. In a technical scheme provided by the invention, a main pipeline is arranged in a vehicle-mounted container, one end of the main pipeline is provided with a hazardous gas suction port, and a draught fan and an evacuation valve are arranged at an outlet at the tail part of the main pipeline in sequence; the main pipeline is sequentially connected with an inlet and an outlet of the dust and sundries removing unit, an inlet and an outlet of the water absorbing and purifying unit, an inlet and an outlet of the acid-base neutralization absorbing and purifying unit, and an inlet and anoutlet of the active carbon adsorbing and deodorizing unit, and the valves and the pressure gages are uniformly distributed on the main pipeline. The modular absorbing and purifying device disclosed by the invention belongs to an integrated treatment process and technical equipment for rapidly absorbing, purifying and diluting the volatile organic waste gases on the site of a sudden environmentalaccident, and is the modular system equipment integrated inside the container.
