Fibrous 3-dimensional scaffold for tissue regeneration and method for manufacturing the same

PURPOSE: A three-dimensional nanofiber supporter for the tissue regeneration, and a producing method thereof are provided to widen the surface area of the supporter for adhering cells with the high density. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a three-dimensional nanofiber supporter comprises the following steps: preparing a polymer solution; producing a nanofiber matrix(10) formed with plural nanofibers from the polymer solution using an electro-spinning apparatus; inserting the nanofiber matrix into the polymer solution; vibrating molecules inside the polymer solution(30) by ultrasonic processing to improve the thickness of the nanofiber matrix and the porosity of the nanofibers; and spreading a natural polymer solution on the nanofiber matrix, and freeze-drying the solution.
