The invention relates to a metal sound insulation low-frequency acoustical board, which has sound insulation and low-frequency sound absorption effects and can be widely applied in an acoustic room or anechoic chamber with low-frequency acoustic requirements. According to the absorption principle of resonance sound-absorbing materials and structures, resonance occurs when natural vibration frequency of resonance sound-absorbing materials and structures is consistent with frequency of sound wave, and the resonance sound-absorbing materials and structures can consume sound energy and plays a role in sound absorption when the resonance reaches the maximum amplitude. An elastic cushion, a sounding board and an elastic material are successively arranged between an internal surface metal perforated plate and an external surface steel plate which form the metal sound insulation low-frequency acoustical board provided by the invention, wherein the sounding board is composed of several nonmetal plates or metal sheets. An acoustic room prepared from the metal sound insulation low-frequency acoustical board has good low-frequency sound absorption characteristics. The inner wall of the acoustic room can be provided with a wedge absorber or flat sound absorber to form a low-frequency anechoic chamber, and the length of the wedge absorber can be shortened or the thickness of the flat sound absorber can be reduced so as to save land occupation and decrease cost of construction.
